Refund policy

At LALCHAND BABULAL, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: We consider return requests only for manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. No refund is offered on quality grounds if the product is not defective. As tea is a consumable product, we do not accept returns of opened or used packets.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with a photograph of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened tea packets, gift sets that have been opened, and items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at lalchandbabulal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
