Refund policy

At LALCHAND BABULAL, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. As tea is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened tea packets, gift sets that have been opened, and items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at lalchandbabulal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
